“..of the 200,000 years of human existence it seems to still baffle – the simple question of what to eat? what should we eat? simplest answer could be : eat what your mom used to make at her kitchen..seems fair and tried and tested enough..but we know deep down we haven’t considered a lot of factors like : what should i eat that tastes good, is good for the body, gives peace to the mind and soul, is good for the environment, is better for the local producers, is easy to make and follow and teach to the kids,is not addictive!still good enough for weekly repeats! can be packed in tiffins, is filling, doesn’t causes allergies,can prevent diseases, looks good/ appetizing,can be given to guests,has a global appeal,can be easily taught..thinking makes me hungry!”
